Along with D’Onofrio’s wrap announcement, Wilson Bethel revealed that Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 “is a new Dex that we haven’t really seen yet.”

Speaking to Collider, Bethel said, “The Dex of Season 2 is a new Dex that we haven’t really seen yet,” Bethel teased. “I’m very excited for people to see it, and I’m curious to see how they weigh in on it. There are some elements of him in this season, some sides of his personality, that we haven’t seen yet, and I’m thrilled for people to get to see it.”

In Season 2, Cox returns as Matt Murdock / Daredevil, D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk / Kingpin, Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Bethel as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter / Bullseye, Nikki M. James as Kirsten McDuffie, Genneya Walton as BB Urich, Clark Johnson as Cherry, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blake, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / Punisher, Royce Johnson as Brett Mahoney, and Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones; with recurring appearances by Matthew Lillard and Lili Taylor, and guest appearances by Camila Rodriguez as Angela del Toro, Susan Varon as Josie, Sydney Parra, and Annie Parisse.

Here’s the plot details for Daredevil: Born Again Season 1:

After many years, Daredevil is returning to our screens in a brand-new original series, Daredevil: Born Again, which is a continuation of the hit Netflix series. Daredevil: Born Again follows Matt Murdock (Cox), a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, as he fights for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (D’Onofrio) pursues his own political ambitions in New York. When their past identities begin to resurface, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ in March 2026 with eight episodes released weekly, as part of the MCU’s Phase Six. Season 1 is now streaming on Disney+.
