A new clip from Marvel’s ‘Secret Invasion‘ shows Samuel L. Jackson‘s Nick Fury in intense action, engaging in a thrilling battle against shape-shifting Skrulls. The series consists of six episodes in total and will premiere its first episode on June 21, 2023, on Disney+. New episodes will be released every Wednesday. Watch the clip below.
Most recently, Marvel released a sneak peek of the first 5 minutes of the series. Episode 1 is reported to be 52 minutes and 44 seconds long, while Episode 2 is stated to have a runtime of 55 minutes and 28 seconds. Created by Kyle Bradstreet for Disney+. According to the Disney+ logline, in Secret Invasion, set in the present-day MCU, Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill, and the Skrull Talos, who have made a life for himself on Earth. Together, they race against time to thwart an imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity.
The series also stars Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, Kingsley Ben-Adir as Gravik, Emilia Clarke as G’iah, Olivia Colman as Sonya Falsworth, Don Cheadle as James “Rhodey” Rhodes, and Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross.
