Pedro Pascal’s Reed Richards is more powerful than what we see in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, and more of his abilities will be revealed in the upcoming Marvel film Avengers: Doomsday.
According to insider James Mack, Reed Richards will reportedly use abilities in Avengers: Doomsday that we’ve only seen in the comics. His abilities are said to be far greater than what we’ve seen in The Fantastic Four: First Steps. For example, he can turn himself into a parachute.
There is also a rumor that Reed Richards will reportedly share a lot of screen time with Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom.
James also confirmed that Ta Lo, featured in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and serving as the ancestral home of Shang-Chi’s mother, will reportedly be featured in Avengers: Doomsday. Also, Meng’er Zhang will reportedly reprise her role as Xu Xialing, and Awkwafina will reportedly return as Katy Chen in Avengers: Doomsday.
As reported previously, Pascal’s Reed Richards will have a major fight with Alan Cumming’s Nightcrawler and Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool.
