A new plot leak from Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday has revealed important spoilers that are going to surprise every MCU fan.
According to a scooper on X, a Reddit user claims to have 500 images from a Telegram breach of Marvel’s servers. The details remain unconfirmed and are based on early drafts and unseen images.
In Doomsday, Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man fights Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine as the X-Men universe and Maguire’s Spider-Man universe (Earth-96283) collide. Wolverine has a device, places it down, and sacrifices himself.
According to earlier reports, Tobey appears in a mocap suit, performing “classic” poses opposite Jackman’s Wolverine, who is in full costume. They are on a construction bridge in the rain. Wolverine carries a black briefcase-like device, and Tobey tries to take it from him.
There are images of Deadpool placing himself over Reed Richards in a comedic moment (similar to a typical Deadpool gag). They then stand up and point at each other like the Spider-Man meme. This scene takes place in the X-Mansion.
During The Fantastic Four: First Steps post-credit scene, Doomsday is teased when Victor von Doom (Doctor Doom) is at the Fantastic Four’s house while Reed and Johnny are at a baseball game. In the images, they fly off in the Fantasticar. Reed and Johnny then enter the Baxter Building, confused, and see Doom with Sue.
According to the draft, Victor is an old friend of Reed and Sue. They have known each other for years, and the Fantastic Four do not believe he would ever betray them.
Doom is from the Fantastic Four’s world. The team brings Doom and Steve onto a ship to travel to Earth-616 (likely connected to the Thunderbolts post-credit scene).
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron.
