Get Ready to Be Enchanted: ‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ Casts a Spell with 9 Mysterious Episodes Coming to Disney+ in 2024
Agatha: Coven of Chaos is set to premiere on Disney+ in 2024. According to The Illuminerdi, the show consists of 9 episodes with a 30-minute runtime for each episode.
The series is a spin-off and sequel to WandaVision. It focuses on the character Agatha Harkness, played by Kathryn Hahn. Harkness is a witch from Salem, Massachusetts, who acquires dark magic from her own coven during the Salem witch trials. After 300 years, she came to know the chaos magic radiating from the Westview Anomaly created by Wanda Maximoff.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos is created by Jac Schaeffer. The sources also confirmed that Schaeffer will be directing one episode of the show. She was the creator of the first Marvel series WandaVision. She also co-wrote the story of Black Widow with Ned Benson.
The series also stars Emma Caulfield Ford as Sarah Proctor, Joe Locke, Aubrey Plaza, Ali Ahn, and Maria Dizzia.
