Amber Heard in ‘In The Fire’: First Poster Revealed!

Amber Heard stars in the thriller ‘In the Fire‘ as a New York doctor who travels to a remote plantation in the 1890s to care for a disturbed boy with unexplained abilities. Her treatment sparks a conflict with the local priest, who believes the boy is possessed by the Devil, causing problems for the entire village. The movie’s first poster has been revealed. Conor Allyn directs the film from a screenplay he co-wrote with Pascal Borno and Silvio Muraglia. The film also stars Eduardo Noriega, Lorenzo Mcgovern Zaini, and Luca Calvani. (See the first-look images)

What is the Plot of ‘In The Fire’?

A 38-year-old American psychiatrist (widowed and without kids) arrives on a rich farm in Colombia, after being called to solve the case of a disturbed child. She was called by the child’s mother, who was worried about the increasingly insistent accusations by the local priest and the farmers – tormented by mysterious adverse events – that the child is the devil. When the doctor arrives, she discovers that the boy’s mother is dead and that the father himself has begun to believe in the possible possession of the child.
