The third trailer for Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday is reportedly featuring the X-Men characters and will be playing in theaters next week with Avatar: Fire and Ash.
According to insider Daniel Richtman, Cyclops (James Marsden), Professor X (Patrick Stewart), and Magneto (Ian McKellen) will reportedly appear in the third trailer for Avengers: Doomsday.
As per reports, Avengers: Doomsday’s third teaser has already been sent to theaters. However, to prevent early leaks, the studios have not yet provided the decryption key, so the trailer cannot be unlocked or played until next week.
Recently, the Swedish Film Rating Board revealed that the third Doomsday trailer has a runtime of 1 minute and 9 seconds. It is also reported that the trailer will feature several scary moments and include a short glimpse of Doctor Doom.
In a recent interview with ComicBook, Simu Liu opened up about his role in Doomsday, confirming that Shang-Chi will interact with Professor X and Magneto in the movie.
Liu said, “The two people I wanted to see my character interact with… I don’t want to say it out loud.” He added, “Truly childhood heroes of mine. I’m sure you can guess who it is. They are the two that make me feel like a little boy. I’m just going to say it — goddammit. The two that make me feel like a little boy are Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart. They are legends.”
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron. The film features cinematography by Newton Thomas Sigel (Bohemian Rhapsody, X-Men: Days of Future Past) and production design by Kasra Farahani.
