Sony Pictures has released character posters for Dakota Johnson in ‘Madame Web.’
The first poster features Johnson with the quote, “Her web connects them all,” and the second highlights the ensemble cast, including Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Tahar Rahim, and Emma Roberts. See the posters below.
Recently, the film’s first trailer was dropped, it shows Johnson’s Madame Web is trying to reunite the other variants. Audiences have responded positively to the trailer, and some have noticed that the film’s story was penned by the writers of Morbius.
According to the film’s plot: Meanwhile, in another universe… In a switch from the typical genre, Madame Web tells the standalone origin story of one of Marvel’s most enigmatic heroines. The suspense-driven thriller stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan who may have clairvoyant abilities. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women destined for powerful futures—if they can all survive a deadly present.
Directed by S. J. Clarkson from a screenplay by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama. The film is the sixth installment in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SSU). The film stars Johnson as Madame Web, Sweeney as Julia Carpenter, O’Connor, Merced, Rahim, Roberts, Mike Epps, Adam Scott, and Zosia Mamet.
