Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again is arriving soon on Disney+.
Showrunner Dario Scardapane has responded to fan rumors about the deaths of Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) and Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) in the show, saying, “None of them are true.”
In a recent interview with SFX Magazine, Scardapane addressed the rumors regarding the possible deaths of Karen Page and Foggy Nelson in the series. Scardapane said that both characters have experienced various fates in the comics, including death and survival, which opens the door for multiple possible outcomes in the show. In the comics, Scardapane avoids giving a definitive answer, keeping fans engaged and their theories alive.
Scardapane said, “All those rumors are true. None of them are true.” Scardapane added, “I refer people to the comic books where the fate of both those characters has happened many times in different ways.”

Scardapane describes Karen and Foggy as the “heart and soul” of the Daredevil story, saying they are important because they act as the “family structure” for Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), who is otherwise an orphan.
Scardapane added, “They are the heart and soul of this mythology… You get so much more out of Daredevil as a character, as a human being… Karen and Foggy are the family structure for our orphan Matt, and it was very important to have them.”
The series is co-directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, with Scardapane serving as the showrunner. All nine episodes are officially rated TV-MA.

“Matt Murdock (Cox), a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavors in New York City. When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.”
The show also stars includes Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn and Nikki M. James as Kristen McDuffie, both of whom were love interests of Murdock in Marvel Comics. Also, Michael Gandolfini will portray Daniel Blade, Arty Froushan as Buck Cashman, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/Punisher, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Hunter Doohan as Muse, and Genneya Walton as BB Urich.
Recently, all nine episode titles of the show have been revealed.
Daredevil: Born Again premieres on March 4 at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET on Disney+.
