The first look and release date for Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado, starring Samantha Lorraine, has been confirmed. The film is set to premiere on Paramount+ and Nickelodeon in the United States on Wednesday, July 2, with plans to debut in international territories shortly thereafter.

Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado is a brand-new family movie. The world’s greatest explorer, Dora (Samantha Lorraine), and her friends will trek through the perilous dangers of the Amazonian jungle in search of the ancient treasure of Sol Dorado, to prevent it from falling into enemy hands.

Prior to The Search for Sol Dorado—Paramount and Nickelodeon’s latest live-action feature— the studios partnered on Dora and the Lost City of Gold, starring The Last of Us’ Isabela Merced, which was released in theaters in 2019.
