Stranger Things Season 5 final story

The Duffer Brothers confirmed that the Netflix‘s Stranger Things characters will not return after Season 5.

During SCAD TVfest (via Parade), Matt and Ross Duffer (also known as ‘The Duffer Brothers’) received the Variety Showrunner Award. The brothers confirmed that we’ll never see Stranger Things characters again after Season 5—no spin-offs, no returns. Additionally, rumors of a Steve and Dustin spin-off were shut down.

Matt said, “This story, these characters’ stories—that’s done.” He added, “That whole story is coming to an end. There’s not like a Steve/Dustin spin-off or something like that.”
