Daredevil: Born Again Adds Finn Jones’s Iron Fist
Finn Jones who plays the role of Danny Rand a.k.a Iron Fist is set to return in Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again series. Jones will star alongside Charlie Cox‘s Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk/Kingpin.
Finn Jones previously appeared in the Netflix series Iron Fist, The Defenders, and Luke Cage. The mentioned series is now available only on Disney+.
Who Is Danny Rand In MCU?
In Marvel Database, Danny Rand is the son of Wendell Rand, the CEO of Rand Enterprises, and his wife Heather. Rand’s parents died in a plane crash which resulted in the young Rand being rescued by monks and taken to K’un-Lun where he trained and eventually took the title of the Iron Fist. Rand returned to New York City to claim back his name and soon fell into conflict with the Hand when he learned that Madame Gao was using his company to sell the Steel Serpent around the world.
Daredevil: Born Again was announced during Marvel Studios’ Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con 2022. Born Again will be a standalone sequel to Daredevil and a direct sequel to Echo.
The series contains eighteen episodes and premieres in Spring 2024 on Disney+.
