Marvel Studios is collaborating with OREO to create limited-edition Robert Downey Jr.‘s Doctor Doom cookies.
According to Greenville Online, OREO has launched a new Marvel-themed cookie inspired by Doctor Doom. The cookie features a black crème filling that turns fans’ tongues green. The new “Masked Decadence” flavor combines chocolate graham cookies with toasted marshmallow-flavored black crème. See the first-look image of the Doctor Doom OREO cookies below.
The cookies are inspired by Doctor Doom, an archenemy of the Fantastic Four and the main villain in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.
Oreo and Marvel are marking the release with a special fan event at the Dumbo Archway in Brooklyn, New York, kicking off at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday, Feb. 21. Guests can taste the new cookies, and the first 50 visitors will receive a signed pack from Marvel comic book artist Todd Nauck.
Marvel OREO Stuf of Doom Cookies are available for presale starting Feb. 23 on the OREO website and will hit retailers on March 2 for a limited time.
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron.
