In the image below, you can see X-Men ’97 Season 2 Funko Pops, which are available for pre-order on Amazon. Cyclops and Jean Grey are wearing wasteland outfits. Storm, Morph, and Wolverine are also shown in similar outfits.

Meanwhile, Rogue, Nightcrawler, Professor X, Magneto, and Beast appear in Ancient Egypt-inspired designs. Jubilee and Sunspot sport new looks, while Forge, Bishop, Cable, and Polaris retain their classic appearances.

The figures also tease En Sabah Nur and Apocalypse, with a major reveal being an X-Corp version of Professor X, potentially introducing the organization into the series.
X-Men ’97 serves as a continuation of the 1992 X-Men: The Animated Series, picking up after the loss of Professor X (Ross Marquand). Cyclops (Ray Chase) takes leadership of the team as they confront threats like Mister Sinister (Christopher Britton) and Bastion (Theo James).
The ending of X-Men ’97 shows the team being split across different time periods after Asteroid M is destroyed. It also reveals Apocalypse (Ross Marquand), the first mutant.
Rogue, Nightcrawler, Magneto, Beast, and Professor X are sent to Ancient Egypt (3000 B.C.), where they meet a young Apocalypse. Meanwhile, Cyclops and Jean Grey are sent to the future (3960 A.D.), where they meet Mother Askani and a young Nathan Summers.
Season 2 follows the X-Men fighting Apocalypse and trying to get back to the 90s.
Matthew Chauncey serves as head writer for Season 2, with Jake Castorena as supervising director and Charley Feldman as supervising producer. Directors Chase Conley and Emi-Emmett Yonemura return from Season 1, while Larry Houston and Eric and Julia Lewald have been promoted to executive producers.
