Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop last appeared in 2023’s ‘The Marvels’ post-credits scene, where Iman Vellani‘s Kamala Khan meets Bishop, and invites her to join the ‘Young Avengers’ team with a smile.

Yes, Steinfeld will be returning as Kate Bishop in the upcoming movies ‘Avengers 5’ and ‘Young Avengers.’
Back in June 2023, in an interview on Happy Sad Confused, Steinfeld was asked if she wanted to reprise her role as the new Hawkeye and about her return to the MCU with the Young Avengers.
Steinfeld said, “I’m certainly chomping at the bit.” Steinfeld added, “I am so ready to get back at it. I am itching to be on set again with people that do what I do and love what we do. I have such a sense of belonging when I’m on set and a sense of home and I just love it.”
According to the source, filming for the ‘Young Avengers’ film is scheduled to begin in 2025, while ‘Avengers 5’ is set to start on December 31, 2024, as confirmed by Production List.
As per the listing, the synopsis for ‘Avengers 5’ reads: “Kang the Conqueror has been a foe of the Avengers for decades! Now, witness his ultimate triumph as he brings all of his vast, cross-time-spanning legions to bear to conquer the earth once and for all! ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’ is set to hit theaters on May 1, 2026, while Marvel has not yet revealed the release date for ‘Young Avengers’.
