Iman Vellani Never Misses a Chance to Voice Ms. Marvel in Video Games
Speaking to ComicBook.com, Vellani was asked if she would voice Ms. Marvel in video games. She stated that any opportunity to portray Ms. Marvel in any form, be it in a comic book, movie, or video game, would make her happy.
Vellani said, “I would never say no.” Vellani added, “No. Any opportunity to play Ms. Marvel or project myself into her in any version of a comic book movie, otherwise, I’ll be happy to.”
Vellani on the 2020 video game ‘Marvel’s Avengers‘ game, slated, “Went to Best Buy [when it came out], got the game, and I was posing with it, and no one knew who I was or why this girl was posing in the middle of the Best Buy. But yeah, I played it. Then I got really bored with the moves, but I played myself. That was pretty cool.”

Iman Vellani Wants Kamala Khan in MCU’s X-Men
Vellani wants Kamala Khan to join the MCU’s X-Men instead of other teams. She believes that her work in the comics helps shape her character’s journey in the MCU.
Vellani said, “I think the X-Men is so cool, and it really just marks her as a legitimate mutant, and all the naysayers can no longer say nay.” She added, “I never thought about that. Because I still have my own X-Men characters that I look back on, and I think those books are so timeless in a way.”
Vellani joined the MCU as Kamala Khan in 2022 in the miniseries ‘Ms. Marvel’ for Disney+. Following this, she appeared in ‘The Marvels‘ movie alongside Brie Larson and Teyonah Parris. Additionally, she has co-written two Ms. Marvel limited series.
