Doctor Strange Supreme seeks Captain Carter’s assistance in capturing an escaped variant. However, as the story unfolds, it is revealed that Strange has been capturing beings from various universes to feed to the Forge, aiming to resurrect his destroyed universe in an attempt to save Christine Palmer. Carter’s efforts to stop Strange lead to a confrontation as she uncovers his true intentions.

In the finale, Captain Carter, assisted by imprisoned variants and using Black Panther Killmonger’s Infinity Armor, confronts Doctor Strange Supreme at the Forge. As Strange is taken over by his demonic self, Carter manages to separate him from his evil counterpart.
