In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Marvel introduced Riri Williams, a.k.a. Ironheart, to the MCU. Riri is an MIT student like Peter Parker, who is also a genius inventor from Chicago who creates a suit of armor that rivals the one built by Tony Stark. In an interview with EW, Dominique Thorne, who plays Ironheart, said, “I love the fact that she is just fully herself,” Thorne added, “She’s definitely not the typical or traditional superhero. She’s very much Riri Williams, the 19-year-old student first, and then there’s this whole Ironheart business that she has to figure out.”
Riri Williams a.k.a. Ironheart is created by Brian Michael Bendis and designed by Mike Deodato. The Marvel character first appeared in the comic issue Iron Man Vol. 2 #7, After that made her first significant appearance two issues later.
Iron Man or Ironheart: who has the stronger suit?
Iron Man’s suit is typically more powerful than Ironheart’s, as it has more advanced weaponry and can withstand greater amounts of damage. Tony Stark’s suits are equipped with repulsor beams, unibeams, missiles, and other advanced weaponry. In addition, his suits have advanced sensors and computer systems that allow him to analyze and track enemies, as well as navigate complex environments. However, Ironheart’s suit is less powerful but more versatile in some ways. She has the ability to reshape her suit into various forms, such as a motorcycle or a glider, and can interface with other technology to control it remotely. She also has a suit AI named “N.A.T.A.L.I.E.” that assists her in combat and provides her with advanced analysis and strategy.
