James Gunn, the director behind the beloved Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy, revealed the final shot of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Gunn claims that it is the most requested shot he receives from the fans.
On Instagram, Gunn shared the image and wrote, “Many of you have been asking me for this photo; it doesn’t fit perfectly here, but you can get the full thing on my Bluesky or Twitter.” See the image below.
The image was used to appear after the two final post-credits of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The image features Peter Quill, Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, Groot, Rocket Raccoon, Nebula, Mantis, Kraglin, and Cosmo.
The film is written and directed by James Gunn and stars Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Karen Gillan as Nebula, and Pom Klementieff as Mantis, along with Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, Sean Gunn as Kraglin Obfonteri, Chukwudi Iwuji as High Evolutionary, Will Poulter as Adam Warlock, Elizabeth Debicki as Ayesha, Maria Bakalova as Cosmo, and Sylvester Stallone as Stakar Ogord.
