Jenna Ortega and Aubrey Plaza were spotted on Sunday, February 27th, presenting the 29th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards for outstanding performance by a male actor in a television movie or limited series. The rising stars mocked each other with funny jokes.
Ortega and Plaza made a mockery of their appearance and pair. Plaza said, “I don’t know why they paired us up together.” While, Ortega replied, “Yeah, I know, we have nothing in common.”
“We should find the people who did this,” Plaza said, before the two actors simultaneously recited, “And curse their families and watch as misfortune follows their bloodline for the next seven generations.”
“Okay, I see it now,” Plaza mocked.
Jenna Ortega was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for her role in Netflix’s “Wednesday” (Via: Variety). Other nominees for the category are Christina Applegate (“Dead to Me”), Rachel Brosnahan (“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”), Quinta Brunson (“Abbott Elementary”), and Jean Smart (“Hacks”). The winner was announced as Jean Smart for “Hacks.”
