Following the completion of the Thailand schedule, Jurassic World 4 has started its second schedule in the United Kingdom. The set is currently under construction. X (formerly Twitter) user @UnBoxPHD has shared some images of the construction site. See the images below.
According to the leaker, a Mayan/Aztec temple set was spotted in development. Filming with the cast is set to begin in early September.
Directed by Gareth Edwards from a screenplay by David Koepp, stars Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Mahershala Ali, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Rupert Friend, Luna Blaise, David Iacono, Audrina Miranda, and Béchir Sylvain.
The film is described as “a completely fresh take launching a new Jurassic era, following three adults and three teens getting stuck on the Island.”
The plot of Jurassic World 4 revolves around a rescue mission—between a group of soldiers (Scarlett and Bailey) attempting to locate a group of tourists who got trapped on the island near Suriname after their tour went wrong.
The film will be executive produced by Steven Spielberg through Amblin Entertainment, with Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley producing. Kelly McCormick will also produce through 87North. Sara Scott, Executive Vice President of Production Development, and Jacqueline Garell, Creative Executive of Production Development, will oversee the project for the Studio.
Jurassic World 4 is scheduled to hit theaters on July 2, 2025, by Universal Pictures.
