The first clip from Sony’s ‘Madame Web‘ has been revealed. Beyond Reporter shared it on Twitter (X).
The clip features Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, Sydney Sweeney as Julia Carpenter, Celeste O’Connor, and Isabela Merced on a train being chased by Tahar Rahim‘s Ezekiel Sims. Cassandra, using her powers, witnesses the incident as Ezekiel captures them all.

‘Madame Web’ is directed by S. J. Clarkson from a screenplay by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama. The film is the sixth installment in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SSU). The film stars Johnson as Madame Web, Sweeney as Julia Carpenter, O’Connor, and Merced, Rahim as Ezekiel Sims, Emma Roberts, Mike Epps, Adam Scott, and Zosia Mamet.
According to the film’s plot: Meanwhile, in another universe… In a switch from the typical genre, Madame Web tells the standalone origin story of one of Marvel’s most enigmatic heroines. The suspense-driven thriller stars Johnson as Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan who may have clairvoyant abilities. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women destined for powerful futures—if they can all survive a deadly present.
