According to Alex Perez (via The Cosmic Circus), it is reported that Marvel Studios is planning to adapt the 2018 comic event Damnation as a major storyline featuring the Midnight Sons.
The main four-issue series was written by Donny Cates and Nick Spencer, with artwork by Rod Reis.

In the comics, Mephisto takes over Las Vegas, turning it into a version of Hell on Earth and transforming the Avengers into demonic minions. Wong forms a new Midnight Sons team—including Blade, Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze), Elsa Bloodstone, Man-Thing, Moon Knight (Marc Spector), and Doctor Voodoo—to stop Mephisto and save the world. Johnny Blaze sacrifices himself in the comic finale by summoning Ghost Riders from across the multiverse to defeat Mephisto.
The source reported that Mephisto’s power will affect several MCU characters, such as The Hood and Ironheart, by transforming them into demonic versions of themselves. However, the MCU adaptation of Damnation will not be an exact replica of the comics but will be heavily inspired by them, forming part of a larger supernatural storyline.

Marvel is also planning to introduce Blackheart, the son of Mephisto, into the MCU. They also intend to bring in Chthon, the creator of the Darkhold.
We can confirm that the MCU’s next saga after Avengers: Secret Wars will focus on cosmic, mutant, and supernatural themes. Side stories will serve as a foundation for introducing new characters and key elements for other productions, but the major events will revolve around these three central themes.
Recently, insider Daniel Richtman said that Midnight Sons is reportedly back in development at Marvel after previously being put on hold. Michael Green, who was previously attached as the screenwriter, is reportedly no longer involved with the project.
All six episodes of the Ironheart series are now streaming on Disney+.
