WandaVision director Matt Shakman Revealed that Scarlet Witch‘s crown indicates that she is the “Master of (Chaos) Magic” in the MCU, and he also agreed with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness writer Michael Waldron that she’s “more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme.”

Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch turns her magical crown solid because she’s an incredibly powerful being. In an interview with Phase Zero, Shakman said, “Scarlet Witch is the master of Chaos Magic, she makes things real. That’s what chaos magic is about, it’s not an illusion, it’s the ability to create things. That’s what makes her more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme.”

According to reports, Olsen’s Scarlet Witch will appear in future MCU projects. At the end of Multiverse of Madness, she sacrificed herself and destroyed Wundagore Castle. Sources confirmed that “Scarlet Witch is still alive and will return.”
