A new promotional video for ‘Madame Web,’ featuring Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced, and Celeste O’Connor, has been revealed. The film is set to release in just one more month. Madame Web features on Variety’s list of most-anticipated films for 2024. You can watch the clip below.
Following the release of the first teaser trailer, Sony is now preparing to reveal the new trailer in the coming weeks. Recently, a Twitter user, @booksfromheartt, leaked the ‘Madame Web’ second trailer footage.
According to the film’s plot: Meanwhile, in another universe… In a switch from the typical genre, Madame Web tells the standalone origin story of one of Marvel’s most enigmatic heroines. The suspense-driven thriller stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan who may have clairvoyant abilities. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women destined for powerful futures—if they can all survive a deadly present.
Directed by S. J. Clarkson from a screenplay by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama. The film is the sixth installment in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SSU). The film stars Johnson as Madame Web, Sweeney as Julia Carpenter, O’Connor, Merced, Tahar Rahim, Emma Roberts, Mike Epps, Adam Scott, and Zosia Mamet. See the set images.
