A new report reveals suit details for several X-Men characters in Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday, including Alan Cumming’s Nightcrawler, Channing Tatum’s Gambit, Halle Berry’s Storm, and James Marsden‘s Cyclops.
According to scooper Alex, Nightcrawler’s suit in Avengers: Doomsday is reportedly inspired by his X2 look. This time, he has a black “X” on his jacket with a red outline. Under the jacket, he wears a vest shaped like a red “X,” has white hair, and also wields a sword.
Tatum’s Gambit will reportedly wear a black shirt with purple pants featuring black detailing, layered chains around his neck, and a hooded blazer.
Berry’s Storm will wear an all-white outfit with a flowing cape, inspired by the ’90s animated series and tie-in comics.
Marsden will reportedly wear a Jim Lee–style Cyclops costume in Doomsday, featuring Cyclops’ classic yellow-and-blue suit.
Ian McKellen‘s Magneto will wear a suit featuring red armor and a purple cape—an updated look for his character compared to the previous X-Men films.
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron. The film features cinematography by Newton Thomas Sigel (Bohemian Rhapsody, X-Men: Days of Future Past) and production design by Kasra Farahani.

According to insider @DanielRPK, Avengers: Doomsday will serve as a “direct sequel” to Avengers: Endgame.

McKellen as Magneto, Patrick Stewart as Professor X, Rebecca Romijn as Mystique, Marsden as Cyclops, Kelsey Grammer as Beast, Alan Cumming as Nightcrawler, and Channing Tatum as Gambit. Pascal as Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm (Invisible Woman), Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm (Human Torch), Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm (The Thing), and Lewis Pullman as Sentry.
