Disney/Pixar’s ‘Inside Out 2‘ has grossed over $110.8 million at the worldwide box office. The film brought in over $62 million on its opening day Friday from 4,440 locations, including Thursday previews at the domestic box office. Additionally, it earned $48.8 million internationally from 38 markets. With a budget of $200 million, the film marks the second biggest domestic opening of all time, behind only ‘Incredibles 2‘.
‘Inside Out 2’ is a major success for both studios. The film has received high ratings, with a 92% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes, an 8/10 on IMDb, a 74% on Metacritic, and an A CinemaScore, matching the score of the first film.

The film is directed by Kelsey Mann (in his feature directorial debut) from a screenplay by Meg LeFauve and Dave Holstein, with a story conceived by Mann and LeFauve.
