The filming for James Gray‘s new crime thriller Paper Tiger has begun in New Jersey.
Following the start of filming, cast members Scarlett Johansson, Adam Driver, and Miles Teller were spotted on the set of Paper Tiger in Denville, New Jersey.


In the images, Johansson is seen wearing a green costume with a blonde curly hairstyle, while Adam is dressed in a casual brown suit, and Miles keeps it simple in a white T-shirt.

Johansson and Driver replaced Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Strong, who had to drop out of the project after being initially cast.
Here’s the plot details for Paper Tiger:
Paper Tiger follows two brothers chasing the American Dream — only to become ensnared in a seemingly perfect scheme that unravels into a nightmare. As their world collapses into violence and corruption, their family finds itself under threat from the Russian “Mafiya” — pushing their bonds to the breaking point.
Produced by Rodrigo Teixeira under his RT Features banner and frequent collaborator Anthony Katagas under AK Productions, alongside Raffaella Leone, Gary Farkas, Marco Perego, Carlo Salem, and Andrea Bucko. Executive producers include Lee Broda, Jeff Rice, Riccardo Maddalosso, and Emily Salveson.
The release date for Paper Tiger is expected to be in 2026. Vincent Maraval and Kim Fox’s The Veterans is handling international sales rights, while CAA Media Finance is managing North American rights. Sales will continue at the Cannes market.
