‘Sonic the Hedgehog 3’ VOD Release Date

The VOD release date for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has been revealed. The film will be available to buy or rent on digital HD platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu, and Google Play Movies & TV, starting January 21, 2025.

The film has scored 87% on Rotten Tomatoes and 60% on Metacritic.

Directed by Jeff Fowler, with a screenplay by Pat Casey, Josh Miller, and John Whittington, based on a story by Casey and Miller. The film stars Ben Schwartz as Sonic the Hedgehog, Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Miles “Tails” Prower, Keanu Reeves as Shadow the Hedgehog, and Idris Elba as Knuckles the Echidna. The live-action cast includes James Marsden as Tom Wachowski, Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik, Krysten Ritter as Captain Rockwell, Tika Sumpter as Maddie Wachowski, Tom Butler as Commander Walters, Lee Majdoub as Agent Stone, Alyla Browne as Maria, James Wolk, Sofia Pernas, Cristo Fernández, and Jorma Taccone.
