Warning: This post contains potential spoilers for The Batman: Part II.
A post from the prosthetic makeup team behind Matt Reeves’ The Batman: Part II may have accidentally revealed three potential spoilers about the film. The clues aren’t immediately noticeable and require some careful analysis to spot. The sequel is one of the most anticipated movies, and fans have been waiting for years, with the roles of new cast members still under wraps.
Prosthetic Renaissance, which worked on the first The Batman film, recently created Heidi Klum’s 2026 Halloween costume: a realistic giant severed hand. In a behind-the-scenes post about Klum’s costume, @themakeuparmoury shared a photo of the Prosthetic Renaissance workshop. The photo showed human molds and labeled casts on the wall that appear to be connected to The Batman Part II.

Brian Tyree Henry as Two-Face and Sebastian Stan as Victor Zsasz Teased in The Batman: Part II
The clues suggest that Brian Tyree Henry may be playing Gotham’s District Attorney, Harvey Dent, who becomes the villain Two-Face; Sebastian Stan may be playing Victor Zsasz; and another prosthetic appears to reference the Court of Owls, further fueling speculation about their presence in the film.
Below is a behind-the-scenes image that may show the mold for Henry’s rumored Two-Face character.

Stan’s recently shaved head, spotted around the time of The Batman Part II’s production, has added to speculation that he is playing Victor Zsasz. The character’s name appearing on a workshop mold also hints that prosthetics may be used to portray his signature scars.

In a recent interview with Variety, Sebastian Stan said making The Batman: Part II feels like “making f—ing The Godfather Part II.”
“I go to set sometimes and I look around and I’m like, ‘I think we’re making f—ing The Godfather Part II.’ I really don’t want to raise it up, but I do feel like it’s going to be a payoff,” he said.
Stan also teased his role in The Batman: Part II, saying he will play “many roles in this one.”
“I’m excited, I’m nervous and trying to keep surprising myself,” Stan said about taking on Two-Face and working with the hair and makeup teams, who have devised how his disfigurement will look.
Another clue points to the Court of Owls as a possible villain in The Batman Part II. The label “OWL 3” on a shelf has led fans to believe the team is making the group’s masks. See it below.

Gotham’s Court of Owls is a secret society of rich and powerful citizens who work behind the scenes. They use trained killers known as Talons to protect their interests.
In the sequel, Bruce Wayne (Robert Pattinson) begins taking a more active role in Wayne Enterprises and Gotham’s recovery. However, he soon discovers that a secret organization called the Court of Owls has controlled the city for generations.
The Court is made up of business leaders, politicians, and members of Gotham’s most powerful families. Its goal is to protect the elite’s power and eliminate anyone who threatens it. The organization uses assassins known as “Talons” to carry out its orders and keep its secrets.
Filming is ongoing for The Batman Part II, with Steven Soderbergh stepping in behind the camera amid Matt Reeves’ family crisis.
