The Boys: Trigger Warning is the first-ever video game based on the hit series, launching on PlayStation VR2 and Quest in 2026 with cast members returning.

‘The Boys’ is getting its first-ever video game, titled The Boys: Trigger Warning, coming to PlayStation VR2 and Quest in 2026.

Recently, ARVORE announced that The Boys is being adapted into a VR game featuring voice performances from the TV show’s cast. This new story lets you fight alongside Butcher, M.M., and Kimiko while unleashing unstable Supe abilities to survive Vought’s deadliest secrets. Watch the trailer below.

Actors including Laz Alonso (Mother’s Milk), Colby Minifie (Ashley Barrett), and P.J. Byrne (Adam Bourke) reprise their roles, along with a “twisted interpretation” of Soldier Boy voiced by Jensen Ackles. The game is described as a “stealth-action” VR experience launching in 2026.

The story follows Lucas Costa, whose life is shattered when the Armstrongs—a washed-up but still deadly family of Vought Supes—turn a family outing into carnage. Rescued and reluctantly empowered by The Boys, Lucas is pulled into their filthy underground war against Vought. With Butcher and Mother’s Milk guiding him from the shadows, Lucas begins a ruthless mission to take the Armstrongs down.

Become a Supe…Whether You Bloody Want To or Not
Unstable powers. Impossible decisions. Zero oversight.

Stealth or Chaos
Plan it out or blow it up. Either way, it’s ugly.

Reach, Grab, Break
Pull, crush and fling enemies using telekinesis.

Temp V: Temporary powers, permanent consequences
Break out hand blades, vanish in heavy-duty camouflage, or go full Homelander with laser eyes.

Vought: The Bright Lights and What’s Beneath
Tour Vought’s sprawling corporate machine, from The Seven’s pristine 99th floor to the bowels of Voughtland.
And facilities that don’t exist (per Vought legal).

Brutal Boss Fights
Knockdown, Drag-Out Carnage.

Familiar Faces, unwelcome Surprises
Butcher, M.M., Kimiko, Ashley, Homelander… and a different kind of Soldier Boy.

The Boys Season 5 will premiere next year on Amazon. However, Amazon’s involvement in the VR project is limited to producing the TV show, not the game.
