The complete episode titles for the upcoming animated show ‘X-Men ’97‘ have been revealed by Scooper @CanWeGetToast on Twitter (X).

  2. Episode 2: “Mutant Liberation Begins”
  3. Episode 3: “Fire Made Flesh”
  4. Episode 4: “Motendo”
  5. Episode 5: “Remember It”
  6. Episode 6: “Bright Eyes”
  7. Episode 7: “Shine With Strength Reborn”
  8. Episode 8: “Tolerance is Extinction – Part 1”
  9. Episode 9: “Tolerance is Extinction – Part 2”
  10. Episode 10: “Tolerance is Extinction – Part 3”

‘X-Men ‘97’ serves as the revival/sequel to the iconic “X-Men: The Animated Series,” which aired for 5 seasons on Fox Kids from 1992-1997. The new series picks up right where the original left off, addressing the massive cliffhanger from Season 5. Created by Beau DeMayo and directed by Jake Castorena and Chase Conley. The Newton Brothers will compose the score for the series.

At San Diego Comic-Con 2023, during the ‘Designing the X-Men’ panel, Marvel Studios showed an exclusive clip of ‘X-Men ’97.’ The clip revealed Master Mold, a pregnant Jean Grey, Archangel, and Bishop as official members of the team, with Cyclops uttering the classic “To me, my X-Men” line. The plot follows Storm and Wolverine as they try to continue the X-Men. Magneto comes in and wants to step up for Charles Xavier. Sinister comes in to try to end the X-Men once and for all. According to reports, The second season of ‘X-Men ’97’ is still in development. It is currently in the writing phase, which is “nearing completion.“

Marvel President Kevin Feige confirmed that ‘X-Men ’97’ will premiere next year.
