Yorgos Lanthimos and Emma Stone are already discussing their fifth collaboration, a follow-up to ‘Kind of Kindness (previously known as AND),’ with filming wrapped and scheduled for release in late 2024.
In a recent Little Gold Men podcast, Lanthimos hinted that ‘Kind of Kindness’ is nearing completion, and there are discussions about collaborating on the filmmaker’s next project.
Lanthimos said, “I mean, yeah. After we finish one, we discuss the next one.” Lanthimos added, “So we’ve shot this feature film in New Orleans [‘Kind Of Kindness’] which we are now editing, and ‘Poor Things’ is out now and yeah, we’re discussing about doing something together again [after that].”
Lanthimos’ latest film, ‘Poor Things,’ starring Stone, is now in theaters. The story follows Bella Baxter (Stone), a Victorian woman resurrected by a scientist, as she embarks on a journey of self-discovery and liberation with a debauched lawyer.
