Disney plans to sell 800,000 ‘Elemental‘ DVDs worldwide, with 1.7 million digital copies expected to be bought through platforms like iTunes, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play Movies & TV, and others. The film has also achieved over 60 million views on Disney+, surpassing ‘The Little Mermaid‘ and ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3‘ in the same time period, as confirmed by the New York Times.
According to reports, Pixar is currently developing a sequel to ‘Elemental’ and a spin-off series for Disney+. ‘Elemental’ has passed ‘Cars’ to become the 17th highest-grossing Pixar film worldwide.
In March 2024, Pixar is releasing ‘Elio,’ a funny adventure about an 11-year-old boy in space. Walt Disney Animation will also release ‘Wish,’ a musical, later this year.

Set in Element City, where Fire-, Water-, Earth- and Air residents live together, Elemental introduces Ember, a tough, quick-witted, and fiery young woman, whose friendship with a fun, sappy, go-with-the-flow guy named Wade challenges her beliefs about the world they live in.
