Kristoffer Borgli‘s The Drama has begun filming in Boston, Massachusetts.
During the first day of filming, Robert Pattinson and Zendaya were spotted on set in Boston. See the images below.
Some images were leaked, showing Pattinson wearing glasses and looking completely transformed, while Zendaya stepped away from her Euphoria look.
What is the Plot of The Drama?
The Drama follows a romance that takes an unexpected turn before a couple’s (Zendaya and Pattinson) big wedding day.
Directed by Borgli with an original script he wrote, this marks his second collaboration with A24 following the recent film Dream Scenario, starring Nicolas Cage.
Produced by Ari Aster, Lars Knudsen, and Tyler Campellone under their Square Peg banner, this marks another film collaboration between Square Peg and A24.
Zendaya is a two-time Emmy winner for her role in HBO’s Euphoria. She recently starred in Challengers and Dune: Part Two. Her upcoming projects include Sony/Marvel’s Spider-Man 4 and Euphoria Season 3, both of which will begin production in 2025.
Pattinson, who portrayed the title role in the 2022 superhero film The Batman, stars alongside Steven Yeun and Mark Ruffalo in Bong Joon Ho’s Mickey 17, which is set to hit theaters early next year. He is also slated to star in director Parker Finn’s remake of the 1981 horror film Possession.
The Drama is scheduled to hit theaters in 2025, distributed by A24.
