Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday will undergo additional photography featuring its massive star cast.
According to scooper Caleb Williams, Avengers: Doomsday will undergo additional photography specifically for actors who weren’t able to film last year. Filming is set to begin in April 2026.

It is reported that Hayley Atwell’s Peggy Carter will have the biggest role of her career in an Avengers movie in Avengers: Doomsday.
We have received information that the full trailer for Avengers: Doomsday will be released during Super Bowl LX and will feature Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine.
Both characters are already part of the film, as the opening scene of Avengers: Doomsday reportedly shows the worlds of Deadpool, Wolverine, and Maguire’s Spider-Man beginning to collide due to a multiverse incursion, before the Earths are saved by the TVA.
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron. The film features cinematography by Newton Thomas Sigel (Bohemian Rhapsody, X-Men: Days of Future Past) and production design by Kasra Farahani.

“Doctor Doom has officially arrived on the Marvel Cinematic Universe stage. This villain, a master of cutting-edge science and powerful magic, will unleash a cascading crisis across the multiverse. Marvel’s most iconic actor, Robert Downey Jr., also returns as Doctor Doom!”

Avengers: Doomsday will be released in theaters and IMAX across the United States on December 18, 2026, and Avengers: Secret Wars is scheduled for release on December 17, 2027.
