Preston Mutanga, the creator of ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse‘ LEGO scenes, has shared a new clip of ‘Barbenheimer‘. Both Christopher Nolan‘s ‘Oppenheimer‘ and Greta Gerwig‘s ‘Barbie‘ are now playing in theaters.
Preston Mutanga is a 14-year-old kid, who recreated the ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’ trailers and also animated the LEGO scenes in the film. Preston, known as (LEGOMe_TheOG) on Twitter, used his skills to bring the LEGO universe to life in Across the Spider-Verse.
Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’ exceeded expectations at the domestic box office, earning $80 million on its opening weekend (from 3,610 locations). The film also made $93.7 million internationally, bringing its worldwide total to $174.2 million. This marks the biggest launch for an original Christopher Nolan film ever. Meanwhile, Greta Gerwig’s ‘Barbie’ grossed $250 million worldwide in its first two days. The film earned $117.5 million on its worldwide opening day, including Thursday previews. Both films were released on the same day.
