Damon Lindelof, the co-creator of ‘Lost,’ is developing a new Star Wars Film for Lucasfilm, that Ms. Marvel Director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy is set to direct.
According to Deadline, The script is still in development. Lucasfilm and Lindelof that a director is brought on so that person’s own vision for where they see this story headed gets included in the script.
The release date is not yet announced. The project is confirmed to be the “most momentum” out of all the films currently in development at Lucasfilm. On March 2022, A rumor came out that Lindelof is working on a Star Wars movie. During that time he joked and told “Maybe a decade from now when I would no longer be blamed for ruining it. That would be a hoot.”
