Emerald Fennell’s ‘Saltburn‘ may premiere at the Venice Film Festival. The film is described as similar to ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley,’ it follows a young man (Barry Keoghan) who develops an obsession with his classmate (Jacob Elordi).
The film is written and directed by Emerald Fennell. Produced by Fennell, Josey McNamara, Tom Ackerley, and Margot Robbie.
The film also stars Rosamund Pike, Richard E. Grant, Alison Oliver, Archie Madekwe, Millie Kent as India, Paul Rhys as Duncan, Reece Shearsmith, Isabella de Ferrars, Ewan Mitchell, Sadie Soverall as Annabel, Carey Mulligan, Richard Cotterell, and Kiran Nair.

According to Variety, Luca Guadagnino’s film “Challengers” featuring Zendaya, Josh O’Connor, and Mike Faist, is currently in consideration for a world premiere at the Venice Film Festival. Additionally, Yorgos Lanthimos’ film “Poor Things” starring Emma Stone, Ramy Youssef, and Willem Dafoe, is also being considered for a premiere at the Venice Film Festival.
