Emma Stone (The Amazing Spider-Man, La La Land), who attended Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour, revealed that she had a fantastic time during the concert.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Stone said that she and Taylor have been friends for a long time since they were teenagers. Taylor arranged for Emma to get tickets to the concert, which can be hard to come by. Emma was blown away by Taylor’s talent and energy as she performed for three and a half hours, performed 44 songs, and kept the audience engaged throughout the entire show. Emma described the experience as something she had never seen before.
Stone said, “The concert was pretty amazing. I was lucky ’cause we’ve been friends for a really long time. I’ve known her since we were 17 and 18, so she hooked me up, which was very nice ’cause I know those tickets are impossible to get.” Stone added, “She’s a wonderful friend. She blows my mind. I mean, the amount of sheer stamina to do three and a half hours and perform 44 songs and to maintain the extreme energy of the audience—I’ve never seen anything like it.”
When asked if she would ever want to sing a duet with Swift, she quickly dismissed the idea. “Oh, God, hell no!” said Stone, who won an Oscar for her singing and dancing in 2016’s La La Land. “I can’t sing, like, for a massive stadium. Let’s not even go down that road. She has a great talent—I could never do what she does.”
The stars Robert Pattinson, Julia Garner, Suki Waterhouse, Keleigh Teller, Miles Teller, and Aaron Rodgers were also spotted with Taylor Swift at “The Eras Tour” in East Rutherford.
The tour contains all of Swift’s “musical eras,” including her latest album Midnights (2022), as well as Folklore and Evermore, which did not have corresponding tours. It is her second all-stadium tour, following the Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018.
