The WandaVision villain will appear in the upcoming season of ‘What If…?‘.
According to scooper @CanWeGetToast, Agatha Harkness is set to appear in Season 3 of ‘What If…?’. Kathryn Hahn will return to voice.
The ‘What If…?’ show, which has been renewed for a third season, will also feature the return of Eternals members Sersi, Ikaris, Thena, Ajak, Kingo, Phastos, Makkari, Druig, and Gilgamesh. Also, X-Men’s Storm is confirmed to appear this season.
A. C. Bradley, the creator of Marvel’s ‘What If…?,’ has confirmed her non-return for Season 3. However, her work on the episode “What If… Red Guardian Stopped The Winter Soldier?” will be credited.
Hahn is set to appear next in Marvel’s ‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries,’ a show created by Jac Schaeffer. This series, based on Harkness, serves as a spin-off from the WandaVision series. The show focuses on the character Agatha Harkness (Hahn). Harkness is a witch from Salem, Massachusetts, who acquires dark magic from her own coven during the Salem witch trials. After 300 years, she came to know the chaos magic radiating from the Westview Anomaly created by Wanda Maximoff. According to the Illuminerdi, Agatha: Coven of Chaos will pick up where WandaVision leaves off in Westview. Agatha will be freed from Wanda’s spell by a new coven of witches. See the set images. The filming for ‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries’ has wrapped after six months of a busy schedule.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight during the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, Hahn says that people will be surprised when asked about the Agatha series.
Hahn said, “I wish I could tell you anything, but I can tell you that it’s pretty fabulous. I’m going to say that I was going to say fantastic, and then I decided to go with fabulous, but it’s both; it’s an amazing cast.”
‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries’ will premiere on Disney+ on September 19, 2024. It will consist of 9 episodes, with each episode having a runtime of 30 minutes.
‘What If…?’ Season 3 is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in 2024.
