The first look at the live-action adaptation of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender‘ will be revealed during the Tudum event taking place on June 17 at 4:30 p.m. ET, Tudum promises to be an exciting showcase of upcoming Netflix content.
Netflix Brasil has officially announced that fans can expect exclusive first looks at Outer Banks Season 4, Cobra Kai Season 6, Wednesday Season 2, Rebel Moon, Bridgerton Season 4, Squid Game Season 2, and Stranger Things Season 5. See the clip below.
Avatar: The Last Airbender is a series based on the popular animated show that aired from 2005 to 2008. Albert Kim will serve as the showrunner, and the cast includes Gordon Cormier as Avatar Aang, Dallas Liu as Prince Zuko, Kiawentiio as Katara, Ian Ousley as Sokka, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as General Iroh, and Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai.
The series is set in a war-torn world where specific individuals can bend the elements. Aang, the Avatar, and the last Airbender must master all four aspects to bring peace and stop the Fire Nation’s conquest. Pursued by Prince Zuko, Aang is aided in his quest by Katara and Sokka.
Avatar: The Last Airbender will premiere on Netflix and consist of eight 1-hour-long episodes.
