Harbour said, “We’re walking into season five. I’ve got a couple more months to train. We start shooting that in June, though, and that will be the final season. I did a lot of training for season four. He [Hopper] was in a very specific position, that Russian prison. It was about making him a different guy and sort of shedding a layer of himself physically, mentally, and emotionally. But now he’s back in town, he’s back in America where they have cheeseburgers, so he will be well-fed.”

How Did Stranger Things Season 4 End?

In the final episode of Stranger Things season 4, Hopper reunited with Joyce (Winona Ryder) and his adopted daughter, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), and this will likely continue over to the show’s final episodes.

Stranger Things was created by the Duffer brothers. The show is set in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana in the 1980s and follows a group of friends as they uncover supernatural mysteries and government conspiracies.

The main cast of “Stranger Things” includes:

  • Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, the mother of Will and Jonathan
  • David Harbour as Jim Hopper, the town’s chief of police
  • Finn Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler, one of Will’s best friends
  • Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, a girl with telekinetic powers
  • Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson, one of Will’s best friends
  • Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair, one of Will’s best friends
  • Noah Schnapp as Will Byers, who disappears in the first season
  • Sadie Sink as Max Mayfield, a new member of the friend group in season two
  • Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers, Will’s older brother
  • Natalia Dyer as Nancy Wheeler, Mike’s older sister, and Jonathan’s love interest.

The final season can be expected to premiere on Netflix in spring 2024.
