Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has grossed $835 million worldwide. Over the weekend, the film made an estimated $1.80 million from 1,165 locations. The domestic total stands at approximately $354.88 million. The previous films, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 (2014) and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017), earned approximately $773.3 million and $863.8 million worldwide, respectively.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017):

  • Worldwide Box Office: Approximately $863.8 million
  • Domestic (United States) Box Office: Approximately $389.8 million

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (current):

  • Worldwide Box Office: Approximately $835 million
  • Domestic (United States) Box Office: Approximately $354.88 million

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is written and directed by James Gunn and stars Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star-Lord, Zoe Saldaña as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, Sean Gunn as Kraglin Obfonteri, Chukwudi Iwuji as Herbert Wyndham/High Evolutionary, Will Poulter as Adam Warlock, Elizabeth Debicki as Ayesha, Maria Bakalova as Cosmo and Sylvester Stallone as Stakar Ogord. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 gives a legendary ending to the legendary characters. The film had almost all the elements of laughter, emotional moments, and incredible actions. According to the film’s plot:

In Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 our beloved band of misfits are settling into life on Knowhere. But it isn’t long before their lives are upended by the echoes of Rocket’s turbulent past. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him on a dangerous mission to save Rocket’s life—a mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.

The film will be available for purchase or rental on popular digital platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Vudu, Google Play Movies & TV, and Spectrum, starting from July 7, 2023.
