Here’s the plot details for Superman:
“Superman, now a cub reporter in Metropolis, sets out on a journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent.”
In an interview with The Wrap, Gunn opened up about the Superman movie. He said the film “just starts in the middle of the action.”
Gunn said, “Superman’s already existing. Lois and Clark already know each other. Lex hates Superman’s guts from the beginning, although they don’t know each other personally.”
“There’s still plenty of humor in it… we’re trying to create something that is grounded, but also it’s an incredibly fanciful world,” he explained.
Superman will hit theaters and IMAX across the United States on July 11, 2025, by Warner Bros. Pictures.
