Karan Soni has shared a new glimpse of Dopinder’s costume in Marvel’s ‘Deadpool 3‘.
Soni shared the image on his Instagram account, featuring a white shirt with the branding “19. Dopinder” for ‘Deadpool 3’. See the image below.
Soni first played Dopinder in ‘Deadpool‘ (2016) and returned for ‘Deadpool 2‘ (2018). Dopinder, a taxi driver, brings humor to the films through his interactions with the main character, Deadpool (played by Ryan Reynolds).
‘Deadpool 3’ Trailer Update:
The first teaser trailer for ‘Deadpool 3’ is scheduled to be screened during the Super Bowl LVIII on February 11, 2024.
‘Deadpool 3’ is directed by Shawn Levy. In the film, Reynolds will reprise his role as Wade Wilson/Deadpool, alongside Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Soni as Dopinder, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa Carlysle, Stefan Kapičić as Piotr Rasputin/Colossus, Rob Delaney as Peter, Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and new additions Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen. The script is penned by Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, Zeb Wells, Reynolds, and Levy. Recently, The first look at Reynolds in the Deadpool costume for Marvel’s ‘Deadpool 3‘ has leaked online.
According to the film’s plot. “After facing some professional setbacks while going through a midlife crisis, Wade Wilson decides to officially retire Deadpool and becomes a used car salesman. But when his friends, family, and the whole world are at stake, Deadpool decides to bring his katanas out of retirement. He recruits an unwilling and wary Wolverine to not only fight for their survival but ultimately, their legacy.”
Filming for ‘Deadpool 3’ is happening now, expected to finish in January 2024. The movie releases on July 26, 2024.
