Margot Robbie was spotted at the premiere of “Babylon” in Sydney, Australia on 16/01/2023. On the Sydney red carpet, Margot Robbie wore a look inspired by the ’90s supermodel (Carla Bruni). Bruni wore the same costume at the Versace couture show in 1995. Check out the images below.
Most recently, Robbie attends the UK Premiere of Babylon with co-stars Brad Pitt, Diego Calva, Jean Smart, Jovan Adepo, and Li Jun Li. She adorned the UK Premiere and the red carpet.
Babylon is based on the rise and fall of multiple characters during Hollywood’s transition from silent to sound films in the late 1920s. Robbie plays Nellie LaRoy, an aspiring actress and Manny’s (Diego Calva) love interest. The film is directed by Damien Chazelle.
The synopsis follows, “From Damien Chazelle, Babylon is an original epic set in 1920s Los Angeles led by Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, and Diego Calva, with an ensemble cast including Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li, and Jean Smart. A tale of outsized ambition and outrageous excess, it traces the rise and fall of multiple characters during an era of unbridled decadence and depravity in early Hollywood.”
According to box office reports, Babylon made $15 million against a production budget of around $78 million, making it the biggest box-office failure of 2022.
