A new concept art from ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home‘ shows Spider-Man and Doctor Strange fighting through Sam Raimi‘s Spider-Man trilogy.
Josh Nizzi, a concept artist, shared images on Instagram featuring Tom Holland‘s Spider-Man fighting Doctor Strange. The scenes include Raimi’s Spider-Man 2 train sequence and the final Venom fight in Spider-Man 3. See the images below.
Recently, Phil Saunders, another concept artist who worked on ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home,’ shared images of an alternate scene for the chase sequence between Spider-Man and Doctor Strange. In this version, the chase takes place in the multiverse, with the characters moving through different universes, including the Sam Raimi and Amazing Spider-Man universes.
Saunders also shared an image of Aunt May’s original death in an ambulance. In the film, Aunt May dies after being fatally injured in Peter Parker‘s apartment during a battle with the Green Goblin, Norman Osborn. She was supposed to say the famous Spider-Man motto, “With great power, there must also come great responsibility,” before passing away in the ambulance.
According to reports, Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, the writers of the previous MCU Spider-Man films starring Tom Holland, completed the script for Spider-Man 4 before the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes began. Holland confirms that the ‘Spider-Man 4’ script is looking good so far, but further details will soon be revealed. Will Miles Morales join Holland’s ‘Spider-Man 4’? There is a possibility of Miles Morales joining Holland’s ‘Spider-Man 4,’ as the film may explore the idea of a multiverse. Holland said, It’s hard to say, but Holland teased “some stuff going on” in the untitled Spider-Man 4 that he’s “excited about.” “Whether or not it’ll come to fruition, who knows?” Holland added, “But right now it’s looking pretty good, and we’ll just have to wait and see.” See more.
Holland’s Spider-Man 4 release date is scheduled for late 2025, by Sony Pictures.
