During Avengers: Infinity War, Rocket and Bucky first met in a battle. Rocket asks Bucky how much for the Gun, and Bucky replied not for sale, next he asked was How much for the arms? and Rocket whispers he’ll get that arm. It was still unknown how Nebula stole Bucky’s arm from him, or if she just called Wakanda and asked for an arm similar to Bucky’s.
