Rockstar Games has issued a statement regarding the recent Grand Theft Auto VI leaks and confirmed that we’ll get a new glimpse of the game tomorrow. A leaker known as Cyberleek released a few gameplay clips from Grand Theft Auto VI, which shocked both the company and fans.
Leaks that began appearing on August 18 have reportedly revealed several Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay features, including combat, driving, minigames, the Vice City map, and radio stations.
On social media, Rockstar Games addressed the recent Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay leaks from the past week. The company said the leaks were heartbreaking for the development team and not how they intended fans to see the game.
Rockstar also confirmed that fans will get an extended look at Grand Theft Auto VI tomorrow. The extended preview took longer to prepare than expected because the team wants to meet and exceed fans’ expectations.

It would be an understatement to say that having videos of Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay leak in this way has been heartbreaking for our team, and this is obviously not how we intended for you to see the game after all this time. Following the release of his 15th Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay clip today, Cyberleek’s CYBERLEEK token, which was being promoted toward a $50 million market cap, has reportedly collapsed. Elsewhere, the Lucia Prologue poll has officially concluded, although reports claim that paid votes are still being accepted. Several of Cyberleek’s websites also appear to be going offline.
Grand Theft Auto VI launches for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19. Before then, Netflix will premiere an exclusive extended look at the game on August 27, which will later be released on YouTube and other platforms.
